The building architecture followed a simple geometric form conceived by pre-engineered building structures. Single sloped roofs shed water away from building fronts, capturing and retaining the water on site. The building materiality was durable and followed the architectural guidelines. The building exterior used predominately vertical seamed metal panel accented with diamond-shaped metal cladding. The diamond-shaped metal cladding was also used in between bays and on the clock tower, creating a visual brake and focus. The entry doors were prefinished aluminum, and the man doors were insulated steel. The overhead doors included select window openings to bring in light and promote safety.
