The Gateway at Three Sisters was planned as a mixed-use development with multiple public nodes along a central spine boulevard, designed to accommodate high-tech companies while providing much-needed amenities for the Valley. A comprehensive masterplan guided the development, incorporating extensive walkways, bicycle lanes, and landscaped pathways that connect the site with surrounding residential neighborhoods and the natural environment. The plan allocates space for offices, retail, mixed-use, and residential buildings, creating a cohesive and vibrant community where work, leisure, and daily life coexist. Public spaces, plazas, and gathering areas are integrated throughout the development to encourage social interaction and foster a sense of place.
Within this contemporary mountain-style complex, the multi-tenant building stands out with a distinctive architectural feature, the watch stone tower, which serves as a visual focal point and enhances the building’s presence and identity. A spacious plaza extends alongside the tower, providing an inviting area for visitors and occupants to enjoy the spectacular mountain vistas and outdoor activities. The building is thoughtfully organized to accommodate seven diverse tenants, supporting a dynamic mix of commercial, professional, and service-oriented uses. Together, the design, landscaping, and layout reinforce the overall vision of The Gateway at Three Sisters as a lively, integrated, and engaging community destination.
