The main building is a two-storey structure with an approximate gross floor area of 70,180 square feet, including a basement level. The outbuildings collectively provide an additional 9,880 square feet of floor area.

The architectural character draws inspiration from prairie farm and ranch house typologies, expressed through the use of locally sourced stone and natural-toned board-and-batten siding as primary exterior materials. Roofing materials include standing-seam metal at the main entrance feature and asphalt shingles on the remaining structures, creating visual hierarchy while maintaining material consistency. This unified architectural palette reinforces a cohesive development identity. The landscape design is an integral component of the overall vision, emphasizing naturalized planting and outdoor spaces that support wellness, relaxation, and a strong connection to the surrounding environment.
