Maverick is a 3-Phase multi-family condo project in Calgary’s Livingston community in the North-East. The wood-frame construction is set on top of an undergound parking tray and houses a total of 177 units, ranging from 1-2 bedrooms.

The design of the buildings reflects a prairie-inspired motif that is adapted to look modern, utilizing high-qualify, durable finishes. The clean lines of the elevation is emphasized by the elongated roof line that helps to give the design elegance while providing necessary solar shading for the upper-floor windows. The design is noted for it’s use of textures and the bold colors—each building features a different color to give identity and directionality to the final build-out.
