This project is located in Elboya, a community affected by the 2013 floods. As the new post-flood evidence became available, the entire livable floor area was placed above the underground garage, allowing for a compacted footprint, yet with an internal, fully enclosed courtyard. The public functions have been placed on the main floor while the children's suites and play area as well as the master suite have been located on the 2nd floor. The exterior features vertical hard-wood, metal canopies and metal windows and doors.
